1. Introduction to Data Privacy

At AppConsoleLab ("we", "our", or "us"), we are deeply committed to protecting the privacy and security of our users ("you", "your", or "developer"). This Comprehensive Privacy Policy outlines our practices regarding the collection, use, processing, and disclosure of your information when you use our web-based Quality Assurance (QA) platform and diagnostic laboratory services. By accessing our platform, you explicitly consent to the data practices described in this document, which is designed to comply with global privacy standards including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

2. Information We Collect

To effectively provision our dedicated testing devices and deliver your Digital Compliance Report, we collect necessary data across several categories:

2.1 Personal Identification Information

We collect your primary Google account email address, developer name, and authentication tokens to establish and secure your AppConsoleLab dashboard account.

2.2 Application Metadata

We collect your application's package name (e.g., com.example.app), the direct Google Play testing URL, version numbers, and metadata required to route the application to our dedicated hardware lab.

2.3 Financial and Transactional Data

While we process payments for our digital services, AppConsoleLab does not directly collect, process, or store raw credit card numbers. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com (or Whop), which acts as the Merchant of Record. We receive masked transactional metadata (such as the last 4 digits of a card, billing country, and IP address at checkout) to prevent fraud and fulfill your order.

2.4 Telemetry and Analytics

We automatically collect diagnostic telemetry regarding your interactions with our website, including browser type, operating system, pages visited, and interaction timestamps. This data is utilized strictly for server load balancing and UI/UX optimization.

3. How We Use Your Data

AppConsoleLab applies the principle of data minimization. We only process your data for the following explicitly defined purposes:

  • Service Delivery: To allocate dedicated hardware, orchestrate 14-day diagnostic sessions, and generate your final Digital Compliance Report.
  • Account Management: To provide secure access to your dashboard and track your testing cycle progress.
  • Communication: To send critical transactional emails, compliance alerts, and updates regarding Google Play developer policies.
  • Fraud Prevention: To verify the legitimacy of transactions and protect our lab infrastructure from malicious software payloads.

4. Data Sharing and Third-Party Processors

AppConsoleLab does not sell, rent, or lease your personal information or application data to third-party marketing brokers. We only share data with highly vetted, globally compliant Sub-Processors essential to our infrastructure:

  • Firebase (Google Cloud): Utilized for secure user authentication, real-time database management, and encrypted data storage.
  • Paddle.com / Whop: Our Merchants of Record, utilized for secure payment processing, tax calculation, and chargeback dispute resolution.
  • Vercel / AWS: Utilized for hosting our frontend application and orchestrating our backend diagnostic algorithms.

In the event of a legal subpoena or mandatory law enforcement request, we reserve the right to disclose necessary information to comply with international cyber-security laws.

5. Intellectual Property Protection & Data Retention

We understand the critical nature of unreleased source code and application binaries. All APKs/AABs processed by our laboratory are stored on encrypted enterprise volumes. Our testers utilize your software strictly within isolated sandbox environments for compliance generation.

Digital Shredding Policy: Exactly 30 days following the completion of your 14-day testing cycle, all application builds, cached data on our dedicated hardware, and associated testing logs are permanently wiped and digitally shredded to ensure zero leakage of your intellectual property.

Basic account information and transactional receipts are retained for up to 7 years to comply with international tax regulations and financial auditing standards.

6. Your Privacy Rights (GDPR & CCPA)

Depending on your jurisdiction, you are entitled to comprehensive rights regarding your personal data:

  • Right to Access: You may request a full JSON export of all personal data we hold associated with your account.
  • Right to Erasure (Right to be Forgotten): You may request the immediate deletion of your account and associated telemetry data, provided no active testing cycles or unresolved chargeback disputes exist.
  • Right to Rectification: You may correct or update inaccurate account information via your dashboard.
  • Right to Restrict Processing: You may request a halt on data processing; however, doing so mid-cycle will immediately terminate your diagnostic testing without a refund.

To exercise any of these rights, please contact our Data Protection Officer at support@appconsolelab.com. We pledge to respond to all authenticated requests within 30 days.

7. International Data Transfers

Given the global nature of our infrastructure, your data may be transferred to, stored, and processed in countries outside of your residence (such as the United States or European Union). We ensure that all cross-border transfers are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and comply with the highest tiers of enterprise encryption protocols both in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256).
