1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AppConsoleLab, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2. Description of Service

AppConsoleLab provides a managed environment for Google Play 14-day closed testing compliance, utilizing physical hardware devices and human testers.

3. User Responsibilities

Users must provide valid testing URLs and ensure their applications do not contain malicious code. AppConsoleLab reserves the right to terminate testing for apps found to violate Google Play policies.

4. Payment and Refunds

All payments are processed securely via Shopify. Refunds are only issued in the event that AppConsoleLab fails to initiate the 14-day testing sequence within 48 hours of payment verification.

5. Limitation of Liability

AppConsoleLab is a testing facilitator. While we guarantee compliance metrics, the final approval of any application for production is at the sole discretion of Google.
