Terms of Service

Last Updated: June 9, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms and Merchant of Record

By accessing, browsing, or utilizing the AppConsoleLab testing platform (hereinafter referred to as the "Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. If you do not agree to these Terms, you are strictly prohibited from accessing or using our proprietary diagnostic laboratory and must cease usage immediately.

2. Description of Digital Services

AppConsoleLab provides a specialized Business-to-Business (B2B) Software Quality Assurance (QA) platform. Our primary service involves providing access to our automated laboratory of dedicated Android testing devices. Through this laboratory, we orchestrate 14-day diagnostic testing sessions for your application to generate a comprehensive 'Digital Compliance Report'.

The Service is strictly classified as a digital product and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) diagnostic tool. We do not sell, lease, or ship physical hardware to users. The delivery of the Service is deemed complete upon the final generation and provisioning of the digital reporting logs at the conclusion of the 14-day testing cycle.

3. User Obligations and Account Integrity

To utilize our platform, you must provide valid, accessible, and globally unrestricted Google Play testing URLs. You are strictly responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your AppConsoleLab account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You warrant that any application submitted to our laboratory is your proprietary intellectual property or that you possess explicit authorization from the copyright holder to conduct automated and manual QA testing on the software. Failure to maintain accurate contact information may result in the suspension of your testing cycle without notice.

4. Prohibited Conduct and System Abuse

As a condition of your use of the Service, you will not use the Service for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms. You are expressly prohibited from:

  • Submitting applications that contain malware, ransomware, spyware, unauthorized cryptocurrency miners, or any malicious code intended to compromise our dedicated lab hardware.
  • Submitting applications that facilitate illicit streaming, IPTV, or copyright infringement.
  • Utilizing our platform to engage in automated social media marketing, review farming, or any activities designed to artificially manipulate public engagement metrics or deceive Play Store reviewers.
  • Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code of the AppConsoleLab dashboard or our proprietary diagnostic routing algorithms.

Violations of this section will result in immediate termination of your testing cycle, permanent banning from the platform, and the forfeiture of any eligibility for a refund.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The AppConsoleLab platform, including its original content, features, dashboard UI, and backend functionality, are owned by AppConsoleLab and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

Your application, including its source code, assets, and branding, remains your exclusive property. By submitting your app to our laboratory, you grant us a limited, temporary, non-exclusive license strictly to install, execute, and analyze the application for the sole purpose of providing the QA diagnostic services requested.

6. Payment, Delivery, and Digital Fulfillment

All financial transactions are processed securely via our designated Merchants of Record (Paddle or Whop). Because our Service requires the immediate provisioning of dedicated hardware resources and server capacity, all sales are considered final upon the commencement of the diagnostic testing cycle, subject exclusively to our published Refund Policy.

Any attempt to initiate a fraudulent chargeback through your financial institution after our digital infrastructure has been deployed will be vigorously contested. We maintain extensive forensic server logs, hardware allocation records, and delivery receipts, which will be submitted to the merchant processor and your bank to invalidate fraudulent disputes.

7. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, APPCONSOLELAB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE; (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE.

AppConsoleLab is an independent diagnostic QA platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC. While our compliance reports are designed to assist developers, the final determination regarding application approval, rejection, or account termination on the Google Play Console rests solely within the absolute discretion of Google's reviewers and automated moderation systems.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AppConsoleLab, its contractors, licensors, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from: (a) your use of and access to the Service; (b) your violation of any term of these Terms of Service; (c) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right; or (d) any claim that your application caused damage to a third party or our dedicated hardware.

9. Modifications to the Service and Terms

AppConsoleLab reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We may also impose limits on certain features and services or restrict your access to parts or all of the Service without notice or liability. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 15 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which AppConsoleLab operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
