Refund & Production Access Guarantee

At AppConsoleLab, we want you to feel confident when using our Google Play closed testing and QA services. We provide real human testers, physical Android device testing, testing evidence, QA reports, and support throughout the closed testing period.

Google Play Production Access Granted
Our Ultimate Goal

Getting Your App to Production

Because our services involve dedicated testers, physical devices, testing resources, and reserved testing capacity, refunds are subject to the conditions below.

100% Money Back Guarantee

We offer a 100% Money Back Guarantee for eligible orders.

You may qualify for a full refund if:

  • We fail to start your testing cycle within 48 hours after your payment and app information have been successfully verified.
  • We are unable to complete the promised testing cycle because of a technical failure on our side.
  • You qualify for our Production Access Guarantee.

Production Access Guarantee

Our goal is not simply to provide testers. We aim to help you successfully complete the Google Play closed testing requirement.

If you complete testing and are rejected specifically for insufficient engagement, choose:

  • Option 1 — Free Re-Run: Another complete testing cycle free of charge.
  • Option 2 — 100% Refund: A full refund of the amount paid for the testing service.

1. When You Can Get a Refund

Testing Did Not Start

We fail to start your testing cycle within 48 hours after payment and successful verification of your app and required information.

Service Failure

A technical problem on our side prevents us from delivering the promised testing cycle.

Production Access Guarantee

You completed the required AppConsoleLab testing process, but Google specifically rejected your production access request because of insufficient testing engagement or participation, subject to the Production Access Guarantee conditions above.

Duplicate Payment

You were accidentally charged twice for the same order and notify us of the duplicate payment.

2. When Refunds Are Not Given

Refunds are not available in situations where the result is caused by factors outside the scope of our testing service, including:

  • Your app violates Google Play policies unrelated to closed testing or tester engagement.
  • Your app contains malware, viruses, harmful content, or other material that prevents our testers from safely testing it.
  • You provide an incorrect, broken, expired, or inaccessible testing link and do not correct it after we notify you.
  • Your app is unavailable or restricted in a way that prevents our testers from accessing it, and you do not resolve the issue after being notified.
  • Google rejects your app or production access request for reasons unrelated to testing engagement, such as copyright issues, intellectual-property violations, misleading metadata, app quality, developer-account restrictions, previous account violations, or other policy violations.
  • Google requests additional information or changes unrelated to the testing service.
  • You change your mind after the testing cycle has started and the reserved testing resources have been deployed.
  • You fail to provide required information, access, tester instructions, or other materials necessary to conduct the testing.
  • You make changes to the app, testing configuration, tester requirements, or Play Console setup during testing that prevent the agreed testing process from being completed.
  • You fail to submit the production access request after completing the required testing period.
  • Google changes its requirements, policies, eligibility criteria, or production-access process after your testing has been completed.
Important: AppConsoleLab cannot control Google's final production-access decision. Our Production Access Guarantee applies specifically to eligible rejections related to insufficient testing engagement or participation, not to every possible reason Google may reject or delay production access.

3. Free Re-Run

Where applicable under our Production Access Guarantee, you may choose a free re-run instead of receiving a refund. The free re-run will provide another testing cycle according to the applicable service package and available testing capacity.

Before starting the re-run, you may be required to:

  • Correct any issues identified during the original testing period.
  • Provide a working testing link.
  • Ensure your Play Console configuration is correct.
  • Provide any required information requested by our support team.
  • Provide the official Google response showing the reason for the production-access rejection.

A free re-run does not guarantee that Google will approve production access, as the final decision is made by Google.

4. Refund Requests

If you believe you qualify for a refund, contact our support team at: support@appconsolelab.com

Please include:

  • Your Order ID
  • App name & Package name
  • Email used for the order
  • Reason for the refund request
  • Relevant Google Play communication, if applicable

Our team will review the request and determine whether it meets the conditions of this policy. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and financial institution.

5. Production Access Guarantee Limitations

The Production Access Guarantee is designed specifically to cover failures related to the closed testing participation and engagement provided by AppConsoleLab. It does not mean that AppConsoleLab can guarantee approval by Google in every situation.

Google independently reviews production-access requests and may consider factors beyond the testing service, including:

App quality
Developer account history
Policy compliance
App content
Metadata
Permissions
Security
Previous violations
Account eligibility

If Google rejects production access for one of these reasons, the Production Access Guarantee does not apply.

6. Policy Changes

AppConsoleLab may update this Refund & Production Access Guarantee policy from time to time. The version published on this website at the time of your purchase will generally apply to that order, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
