1. What Information We Collect

To test your app, we only collect what we absolutely need: your Google account email, your app's package name, and your testing link. We also collect basic account information to let you log into our dashboard. We do not directly collect or store your credit card numbers.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your data only to provide the testing service and communicate with you about your Google Play Console status. We promise that AppConsoleLab will never sell, rent, or trade your personal information or your app's data to any third-party marketing companies.

3. Protecting Your App and Ideas

Your app builds (APKs/AABs) are stored on secure servers. Our testers only use your app to generate testing engagement. To protect your intellectual property, all app files and cached data on our testing phones are permanently deleted 30 days after your test finishes.

4. Third-Party Payment Processors

We use trusted partners to run our business safely. We use Firebase (Google) to secure your login. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com (or Whop). Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
