If we fail to start your 14-day testing cycle within 48 hours after your payment is verified, we will give you a full refund, no questions asked. A cycle starts when 12 dedicated phones are assigned to your app and the first test session is logged.
Free Re-run Guarantee
If you complete our full 14-day cycle and Google rejects your production request specifically for 'Insufficient Testing Engagement', we will re-run the entire 14-day cycle again for free, or issue a full refund. You just need to show us the official rejection email from Google.
1. When You Can Get a Refund
You are eligible for a full refund if any of the following happen:
- We experience a technical failure and cannot start testing your app within 48 hours.
- Our QA platform fails to maintain the required continuous 14-day diagnostic testing.
- You were accidentally charged twice (duplicate payment) and notify us within 24 hours.
2. When Refunds Are Not Given
To protect our business from fraud, we do not issue refunds (and will dispute chargebacks with Paddle/Whop) in the following situations:
- Your app contains viruses, malware, or violates Google's core safety policies, causing our lab phones to be compromised.
- You provide a broken testing link, or your app is restricted in our region, and you do not fix it after we notify you.
- Google rejects your app for reasons unrelated to testing (like Copyright Infringement, bad metadata, or a prior account ban).
- You simply change your mind after the dedicated testing lab has already begun diagnostic sessions.
3. How to Request a Refund
If you meet the criteria above, please email our support team at support@appconsolelab.com with your Order ID. All approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method. Paddle handles our payment returns, which usually take 3 to 5 business days.
