1. Agreement and Merchant of Record
By using AppConsoleLab, you agree to these Terms. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. For any questions, you can contact us at support@appconsolelab.com.
2. The Digital Product We Provide
AppConsoleLab helps Android developers meet the Google Play 14-day closed testing requirement. We provide a digital product: upon completion of the 14-day testing period by our human testers on dedicated Android phones, we deliver a final 'Digital Compliance Report'. This digital download contains your complete testing logs and proof of engagement. The order is fully delivered when this digital report is generated and provided to you.
3. Your Responsibilities
You must provide a working Google Play testing link. You are responsible for making sure your app follows all Google Play Developer Policies. You must not submit apps containing malware, illegal content, or viruses. If your app is malicious, we will immediately cancel your test without a refund to protect our lab.
4. Payments and Digital Delivery
Because our service requires us to immediately assign human testers and dedicated phones, all sales are final once the 14-day testing begins, unless you qualify for a refund under our specific Refund Policy. Fraudulent chargebacks will be disputed using your usage logs.
5. Limitation of Liability
AppConsoleLab is an independent testing service and is not affiliated with Google. While we guarantee that we will provide the required testing engagement, the final decision to approve your app for the Play Store is made entirely by Google. We are not responsible for any lost revenue or account bans caused by Google's decisions.
